Our Pastors

Jamey & Kelly Bridges

Lead Pastors

Jamey & Kelly Bridges are lead pastors at Life Community Church. They spent 15 years in youth ministry prior to starting LCC in 2011. Jamey is also the head coach for Columbia Girls and Boys Soccer at CHS. Kelly leads the Life Women’s ministry as well as church design & operations. She also serves as a Director of One Life. Jamey and Kelly live in Columbia, IL with their six children, Jake, Karson, Libby, Lylah, Miah, and Riah.

Shaun & Shelly Williamson

Associate Pastors

Shaun & Shelly Williamson are Associate Pastors at Life Community Church. Shaun & Shelly joined our team in the summer of 2015 in response to the quick growth we were experiencing and continue to experience as a church. The Williamsons have been in ministry for 15+ years and have a passion to see discipleship take place at LCC. Pastor Shaun oversees and organizes all of our Life Groups. The Williamsons currently live in Columbia, Illinois, with their two children, Nathaniel and Natalie.

Jeff & Jodi Miller

Children’s Pastors

Jeff & Jodi are the children’s pastors at Life Community Church. Jeff & Jodi joined our team in early 2014, and are passionate about seeing children fall in love with God and learn about who He is. Every lesson, craft, and event is full of this passion. Jeff & Jodi live in Columbia with their two children, Hudson and Addison.

Kayce Eilerman

Worship Pastor

Kayce graduated from North Central University and has been involved in music & worship since she was young. She joined the LCC staff in August 2017 as worship leader. Kayce and her husband, Hayden, and daughter, Sage, live in Columbia, Illinois.

Support Staff

Nichole Schweppe

Finance Director

Nichole has been with Life Community Church since it started in 2011. She has been serving on staff since 2014. She and her husband Jim, who is on the Church Board, currently live in Fenton, Missouri. They have two daughters and 4 grandchildren.

Mary Geers

Hospitality Director

Mary and her husband Derek have attended Life Community Church since it began in 2011. She signed on to organize hospitality in 2016. Derek and Mary currently live in Imperial, Missouri with their children Sam and Mackenzie.
